Our friend in the North, Brian is visiting us this week. He took a bus all the way from Darlington to the south of England and is now staying for a couple of days. He can’t get over the cost of coffee or houses, but then, he does come from Darlington.
If you come by again, we may even have some pictures of him.
Joseph announced yesterday that he now wanted to be called Christmas instead of Joseph. You see, Joseph has a thing about Christmas – he really, really likes it. He thinks about it a lot and whenever we go anywhere now, he asks if it will be Christmas there.
So, if you see any references to a child named Christmas, you know who we’re talking about.

We just bought a Murder Mystery last night on ebay (a few of our friends are coming round to play it in a few weeks time). Does anyone know if it’s any good? We’ll let you know how the party goes.

All the Cripps’s descended on to daddy’s workplace today – so the boys can see what daddy does and see where he works. Teresa was just as intrigued and so we all met up this lunchtime and had a burger in town and then headed off for the office. After signing in and gettingvisitor’s badges (which they didn’t want to give back), we got in the life for the top floor.
Everyone’s reaction was positive, probably providing some light relief to the drudgery of the day. Even Lucy, Adam’s irksome colleague, was impressed by the boys confidence and happiness.
Well, a couple of weeks ago we found out that the boys have gained places at the local Catholic Primary school. This is the same school that Teresa went to when she was a wee girl, and is the same school that we go to every Sunday for mass. That means that the boys will be familiar with the building already and even now Isaac wants to get the wallbars out and climb them!
Thanks to Teresa’s cunning surprise, we went to Curry Garden yesterday evening to celebrate Valentine’s night. It was the first restaurant that I took Teresa to, all those years ago and to our surprise, it hadn’t changed much. The atmosphere wasn’t as quite as romantic as Teresa had hoped for, as we sat next to a drunken party of fifteen people, but it was good to get out.
According to our intrepid baby-sitter, Grandad, the boys were pretending to be asleep at 9pm when in fact they were awake. However, the boys remember none of this, and we think that they were talking to each other in their sleep – although Grandad still thinks different.
So, we’ve new webspace, and plenty of it to boot – all our pics are now held in one place and we’ve got plenty of tools to choose from – however, one thing remains – what should we put here?
